תיאור:
"הדקל האצילי" (מג'סטיק פלם) בשמו המוכר, צבר תאוצה מרשימה של הכרה בקרב מגדלי ואוהבי הדקלים. דקל מהיר גידול זה ממדגסקר הינו בעל יכולת רבה להתאים עצמו למגוון רחב של תנאי גידול, הן כצמח פנים והן בשמש מלאה ובכך מאפשר למגדל לגדלו גם לשוק המפותח של צמחי הבית.
כדקל לגינה תפתח הרוונאה ריבולריס גזע עגול ורחב בגוון חום בהיר,עם בסיס ענפים חום ירקרק ומעליו נוף נוצתי ירוק עד ירוק בהיר.
כצמח פנים שימושו רב ובדרך כלל נישתל כקבוצה של מספר גזעים צעירים. יש לאפשר לו העתקות לעיתים תכופות על מנת לתת לשורשיו מרחב מחיה נדרש לצורך מראה עשיר ובריא. דקל זה יגדל בתנאי אקלים מטרופי עד ממוזג קר למרות היותו במקור מאזור טרופי לח.
RAVANEA RIVULARIS
The “Majestic Palm" as it is commonly called, has recently gained a lot of popularity among growers and palm lovers. This fast grower from Madagascar has the ability to adapt to a wide range of growing conditions, both indoors and outside, hence enabling growers to sell it also as a house plant.
In outside conditions the “Majestic Palm” will develop a low, round, light brown coarse trunk with a brownish green leaf base and light green crown of feathered leaves.
As an indoor plant it thrives well in group planting (4-6 plants), but has to be transferred frequently to allow good development and rich appearance.
The “Majestic Palm" will grow in tropical to temperate regions, though originally is from humid tropical area.
