חמדוריאה סיפריצי

זהו דקל קטן קומה, מתפצל בתחתית הגזע, מהווה צמח עציץ מעולה, וצמח גינה אטרקטיבי. הוא מכונה "דקל הבמבוק", ונחשב לדקל מועדף לגינון פנים וחוץ מזה דורות רבים, מעשיר ביופיו גם כצמח בית וגם כתוספת אטרקטיבית לגינה במיקום של חצי צל, עד צל מוחלט. בעל ענפי פריחה המבשילים עם פירות קטנים שחורים.

דקל חזק ועמיד, האוהב דישון והשקיה קבועים. משמש אבן יסוד בצמחיית משרד, פנים מוסדית ופינות טרופיות.

צמח עמיד גם לטמפרטורות נמוכות , לפיכך מתאים לשתילה ברב חלקי הארץ.
